Job Description

The Workflow Process Innovation Advisor position is a critical position within CVS’ Retail Pharmacy Operations team. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring our Retail Pharmacy Workflow and developing strategies to improve performance across our stores.

You will possesses a unique mix of analytic, leadership and communication skills that will enable the Advisor to analyze workflow trends, identify key opportunities, and engage and align partners on strategy for improvement. Strong analytic skills, critical thinking, and the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships will be critical for success in the role.

Your key job responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor workflow performance through development of internal dashboards to track current and new metrics Identify trends and opportunities; partner with key stakeholders to build action plans and processes to improve the service experience

  • Review current performance and trends with senior leadership

  • Manage WeCARE Workflow Program including- Scorecard, Metrics, Focus Store Program, and Field Resources / Support.

  • Track progress toward WeCARE / mSH targets & manage annual target setting process

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics

  • 2+ years of experience in retail and/or corporate setting

  • 2+ years of SQL experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills.

  • Proven track record constructing and executing complex analyses

  • Demonstrated ability to collect relevant data, structure data models, execute and interpret quantitative analysis

  • Experience using data analytic tools (Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, Microstrategy)

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, understanding potential barriers and next steps, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of audiences, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.

  • Experience developing and implementing process improvement strategies

  • High level of independent judgment and initiative required, with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • 1+ years of experience and/or knowledge in retail pharmacy and processes
