As the Loyalty and Personalization Customer Growth Strategy - Senior Advisor you will be responsible for defining and leading new customer growth strategies that drive engagement, deepen loyalty and generate incremental customer value for the business. The ideal candidate has a strong, hands on customer-centered skill set and experience successfully developing segment-based growth strategies from customer insight to synthesis, execution, measurement and iterative refinement. In addition, you must be able to partner effectively across a broad network of key stakeholders including, Consumer Insights, Strategic Analytics, Program /Channel Design, the Category/Merchant organization, Marketing and other relevant enterprise partners to enrich and successfully advance these customer initiatives. You will report to the Director of Loyalty and Personalization Customer Growth Strategy, with exposure and engagement at the VP level.


· Identify, size, and prioritize a portfolio of customer growth opportunities

· Define and drive the insights and analytics agenda that supports strategy development efforts for identified customer growth opportunities

· Synthesize these insights into compelling loyalty and personalization strategies with a business case, addressable path to growth, action plans, test/learn agendas, plans to scale and ongoing refinements

· Manage to a customer P&L and additional customer and category-specific key performance indicators relevant to the success and health of customer strategies

· Build frameworks, workbooks and presentations that effectively articulate the customer vision, program roadmaps and results/learning across a mix of partners and executive stakeholders

This role is based in our Woonsocket, RI office.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in customer strategy, data-driven marketing, product development, consumer insights or other relevant business function.

  • A passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer

  • Superb critical reasoning skills

  • Experience delivering financial results in fluid, often ambiguous operating environments

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Keen ability to distill complex ideas into simpler frameworks and illustrations

  • Demonstrated familiarity with analytical approaches, ability to use data-driven insights to improve business outcomes

  • Demonstrated capability to deliver results while providing positive leadership in a fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment

  • Experience using personalized marketing vehicles to influence customer behavior – solid understanding of the financial and operational intricacies of targeted marketing vehicles

  • Candidate must be: a self-starter, confident, curious, flexible, resilient, data-driven, strategic, and have a bias for action


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
