Job Description

Focus on managing team to help CVS Health identify and assess a portfolio of strategies to realize value in our B2B partnerships and achieve its mission of helping patients on their path to better health. Primary responsibility will be uncovering new opportunities for our B2B partnerships, develop innovative strategies to drive results and then operationalize these strategies across our 10,000 pharmacies, 1,000 Minute Clinic locations and other enterprise assets (e.g., CVS Caremark, specialty, Coram). Work cross-functionally across a number of retail pharmacy and PBM product owners as well as other internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies.

Develop strategies that can be applied to our existing suite of clinical products to drive maximum value for partners and the enterprise. Develop strategies for expanding product offering to hard-to-reach lines of business. Develop and support financial projections and budget tracking. Support communication with senior leadership. Manage partner interactions, partners requests, and overall analytics pipeline. Manage a small to medium size team as both a player and a coach to drive out critical analyses and value capture utilizing complex data sets and tools. Will supervise an Advisor, Healthcare Innovation & Analytics and Senior Consultant, Healthcare Innovation & Analytics. Telecommuting Available.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Pharmacy, or related field and 5 years of consulting or related high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models. Experience must include 5 years with each of the following: analytics experience using Tableau or MS Access; complex data systems; SQL or SAS database; budget creation or financial modeling; and, Product Development Lifecyle Analytics (business case development, opportunity sizing, outcomes measurement). 15% Travel to build business relationships and support product design.
