As a member of the CVS Enterprise Analytics organization you will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of driving integration strategy with the acquisition of Aetna. You will be responsible for being the key liaison between analytic organizations, and provide recommendations on opportunities to integrate our portfolios to drive an enterprise value story. You will provide leadership over integrating our key data assets. You will collaborate with other organizations across the enterprise, including sales, clinical, and strategy. You will be responsible for leading analytic solutions built from our combined channels and assets. Your experience will include organizational design, strategy, and project leadership. Using these skills, you will drive an integrated strategy to enable analytics across the new enterprise.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide overall leadership for analytic integration activities, including oversight and coordination of all Integration Management deliverables
• Provide oversight to emerging transformation strategies
Develop a core understanding of key analytic capabilities within Aetna
• Work with technical partners to develop a Joint Analytic Dataset, enabling many analytic use cases across the enterprise
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze their needs;
• Identify opportunities for integrating our analytic technical capabilities
• Survey and understand opportunities for improved analytics across newly integrate teams
To be considered for this new opportunity on our Enterprise Analytics team, please have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Educational background may serve as a substitute for part or all of the length of relevant employment requirement. In addition, you will need to have:
-Working knowledge of health care industry products/services and operations;
-Maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external partners.
-Outstanding process and project management skills, including coordinating activates across diverse departments and ensure that contributions across different teams are lined and integrated as part of overall delivery
-Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including developing and presenting strategic plans and presentations to executive and technical audiences with the goal of obtaining feedback and alignment on project goals and delivery strategies
-Understanding of healthcare and PBM business processes
-Experience in organization design and structure or change management
-Proven ability to develop innovative analytic approaches leveraging all available internal and external data sources;
-Requires exceptional judgment, discretion and confidentiality
-Advanced understanding in the health insurance business
-Advanced experience in analytics, which may include data engineering, data science, or strategic reporting
-Excellent problem solving skills and ability to construct analytic solutions to business problems;
-Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required, advanced degree/experience in Analytic Project Management or Business Management (MBA) required.
