Job Description

The Advisor role on the Pharmacy Operations Pick-Up Innovation team will be part of a cross-functional group focused on the development of new initiatives to evolve the Pharmacy Pick-Up experience. As a member on this team, you will be a vital contributor to the development of strategic retail Pharmacy service offerings and new business opportunities.

Specifically, the Advisor will be engaged across all phases of new process development, with particular emphasis on opportunity identification, solution ideation & design, and testing. The Advisor will lead and contribute to critical communication development to leadership, business case development, and strategic recommendations on current and potential future projects.

The day-to-day experience of the role will vary from aligning key stakeholders and team leadership, conducting root cause analysis, developing hypotheses and executing analyses on complex issues related to the Pharmacy Pick-Up experience. The Advisor is expected to be able to translate analysis work into recommendations and concise presentations that follow logical storyboarding principles that will be understood by peers and senior leadership.

This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have strong independent leadership skills, as well as analytical and communication skills. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results.

Required Qualifications

2+ year of consulting or related business experience

2+ years of experience creating impactful presentations and storyboards working with presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint

2+ years of analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills

2+ years of experience assessing and building a business case to identify business trends and areas of opportunity (e.g. growth, cost savings, etc.)

2+ years of experience working with data using technical tools like Microsoft Excel or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

Strong operational experience including program design and implementation

Experience with change management and training activities

Ability to diagnose complex problems, seek insights beyond the immediately obvious, and recommend practical solutions

Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skillsets across a variety of business units and personality types

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage, work and lead in a cross-functional project team environment

Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills

Strong leadership skills and accountability for results

Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare landscape and the pharmacy sector preferred but not required

Education

Bachelor's degree required
