The Business Analysis and Reporting family includes roles related to data gathering, analysis, reporting and communication. Individuals work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports, communications, and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance. Types of analysis and reporting may include but is not limited to: quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, regular business or client reporting, budget management, financial reporting and/or a variety of other function specific purposes.

As a Business Analysis & Reporting Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collects and analyzes complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis.

  • Prepares a broad variety of reports and provides data and management information for clients, internal and/or external audiences.

  • Analyze process documentation from multiple sources and recommend changes to drive consistency across the documentation.

  • Participates in high-level business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting.

  • Manage and execute the employee engagement plan that includes and is not limited to:

  • Planning internal events such as town halls, site visits and offsite meetings

  • Writing, distributing and tracking communications

  • Overseeing technical A/V requirements such as multi-city webcasts

  • Sending and analyzing post-meeting surveys

  • Create monthly newsletter

  • Manage daily communications to support application and platform activities.

  • May prepare and evaluation financial business plans, budget projects, variance review and profit improvement plans.

  • Develop and execute internal communications plans for large-scale announcements using all available channels to tell the tech story. This includes all internal channels such as email, intranet, events, blogs, digital signs and video.

  • Manage the employee intranet and SharePoint sites, including writing and publishing content and keeping all pages up-to-date.

  • May review established policies, maintain issues log and manage report delivery.

  • This role requires a poised, flexible team player who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience using MS Office applications.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated expertise telling a story visually.

  • Experience managing Targeted Email: sending emails, pulling lists and evaluating effectiveness.

  • Experience managing an intranet site; SharePoint site.

  • Strong writing and editing skills; innovative content generator, digitally savvy.

  • Must understand the complexity of speaking to multiple audiences with differing interests

  • Strong time management and project management skills; must be organized and detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Experience identifying issues, analyzing solutions and recommending these solutions to management for implementation.

  • Must drive self to deliver to due dates and follow-up with all parties involved to meet those deadlines using multiple communication channels available.

  • Creative with the ability to think outside of the box. Challenge Status quo.

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree is preferred.

Skills preferred:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role.

  • Advanced SharePoint experience as an Administrator and Designer.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated expertise on pivot tables, charts, and look-ups.

  • Advanced experience building and maintaining Dashboards as status reports.

  • Technical writing is a huge plus.

  • Graphic designing a huge plus.
