Medicaid Project Director

Key Role:

Lead the analysis of financial, business, and administrative policies, support decision analysis, lead decision-making around health facilities and other investments in resources, and drive toward ongoing organizational improvement. Supervise the activities of others, as needed. Implement the Medicaid program at the state level.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Medicaid program implementation at the state level

-Knowledge of both federal and state quality measurement and quality improvement initiatives

-Ability to manage a mid-size team and analyze its budget

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with delivering technical assistance to a wide range of stakeholders and using a variety of delivery techniques

-Experience in facilitating large meetings with both internal and external audiences

-Experience with the federal procurement and proposal process
