Defense Supply Chain Risk Management Task Lead

Key Role:

Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) task leader, and assist a variety of Defense clients in the development and implementation of next generation secure supply chain capabilities. Serve as a task leader and oversee the execution of supply chain risk assessment programs. Comprehend threats and vulnerabilities to systems. Identify supply chain risks and recommend risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, including system and component criticality assessment, mapping of supply chains, identification of critical suppliers, supply chain threat and vulnerability assessment, risk identification and mitigation, and monitoring mitigation effectiveness over time

-Experience in conducting SCRM-related research and analysis and documenting findings in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word report formats

-Knowledge of DoD SCRM standards, including DoDI 5200.44

-Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of SCRM-related efforts, including development of SCRM Plans, assessment of supply chain risks against Defense systems, development of risk mitigation plans, and monitoring their effectiveness

-Ability to communicate and use presentation skills, including presenting findings directly to clients either in person or via teleconference

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SCRM assessments of Microelectronics or Semiconductor-based systems

-Ability to contribute to tasks adjacent to SCRM, including program protection planning, anti-tamper planning, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS) planning, obsolescence planning and management, SCRM impacts on Cybersecurity

-Ability to lead the efforts of a task team of 1-2 junior SCRM analysts, consolidate results into a credible and persuasive presentation or report, and present the findings to clients on behalf of the task team

-MA or MS degree related to SCRM field or M.B.A. is preferred
