Cybersecurity Consultant

Key Role:

Work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment to contribute to a growing portfolio of leading-edge Cybersecurity engagements with top-tier transportation clients. Guide executive-level clients through organizational design and operating model and technology decisions and provide hands-on implementation assistance to build a holistic Cyber capability that secures the business ecosystem, including enterprise IT products and manufacturing. Drive and execute a variety of tasks, including conducting Cyber maturity assessments, identifying capability gaps based on established frameworks, such as NIST, and developing roadmaps and strategies to achieve a Cyber program that delivers enduring security readiness. Facilitate and support client and team meetings, interviews, exercises, and workshops. Team with a variety of technical subject matter experts to translate deep Cyber knowledge into business-level insights. Support internal business operations through contributions to proposals, reporting, marketing, and team building. Grow as a market expert while broadening experience with Cyber.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Cybersecurity or management consulting

-Experience with Cybersecurity programs, including security program assessment, security operations, incident response, forensic analysis, threat intelligence, identity and access management, data protection, penetration testing, Web application security testing, vulnerability and risk management, Splunk development or architecture, or security software development

-Experience with visual design or representing ideas visually

-Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients

-Ability to produce and contribute to deliverables independently within a short time frame in a collaborative team environment, including Cyber assessments, roadmaps, and reports

-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in automotive, aviation, or other transportation industries

-Experience with working in an Agile environment

-Knowledge of product and manufacturing security

-MA or MS degree
