Cloud Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Define Cloud execution strategy and architecture to support IT modernization services for the DoD. Develop use cases and processes to enable execution of commercial Cloud services across a multi-Cloud, hybrid PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environment, establish service agreements, evaluate Cloud providers, and meet Cybersecurity requirements. Analyze service requirements, integrate with enterprise architecture, and document Cloud architecture, strategy, governance, processes, and business case analyses. Apply expert knowledge of and industry expertise in Cloud services and service delivery models to analyze and recommend innovative approaches to address complex challenges. Serve as the trusted Cloud SME within the project.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with enterprise IT service delivery

-5+ years of experience in an architect or engineering role

-Experience with leading software development teams

-Active Secret clearance

-BS degree in CS or Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of DoD STIGs

-AWS, Azure, or VMware Architect or Professional Certification

-ITIL Certification
