Business Operations Associate

The Challenge:

As a business operations associate, you’ll have a direct impact on the firm's internal Corporate Affairs team while also working closely with colleagues in our Legal and Ethics and Compliance teams. Drive team processes through direct interaction with leadership and team members, supporting key actions such as financial planning and reporting, recruiting, promotion, training, and strategic planning. Knowing that culture is key, you’ll enable people initiatives to enhance engagement including onboarding, offboarding, all-hands meetings, awards, and other events and communications. With an organizational mind, you’ll coordinate team records management and data-driven reporting to enable decision making. You stand at the hub, foreseeing needs, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks. Join us and lead business operations that makes impact.

You Have:

-6+ years of experience with business operations, including a record of driving results for large, diverse teams in areas of key importance, such as leadership or stakeholder engagement, team communication, financial management, and program or project management

-Experience with working in a fast-paced environment and time management

-Experience with leveraging professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all actions, including using maturity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating accurate spreadsheets in Excel and PowerPoint presentations that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic

-Experience with gathering, analyzing, and translating data and information, developing insights, and working alongside leaders and team members

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with supporting teams in marketing, internal communications, media relations, corporate citizenship, or the government relations space

-Experience with program or project management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
