Lockheed Martin Logistics Management Analyst Senior (Supportability) in Warner Robins, Georgia

Description: Provide scheduled supportability analyses, including a summary report of systems analyzed. Provide supportability analysis for groups of National Stock Numbers (NSN) associated with specific customer driven requirements. Provide “deep look” or “deep dive” supportability analysis of Industrial Product Support Vendor (IPV) bench stock items associated with specific weapon systems at the respective customer location. Work in conjunction with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative to assign and schedule work load that surfaces from the Air Force (AF) customer to address both on-going and ‘ad hoc’ analysis requests. Establish realistic workload and timelines for project completion. Identify anticipated stock outages and work in conjunction with assigned Logistics Management Analysts, and Procurement Technicians to minimize the number of stock outages and maximize support to the customer. Identify priority level of effort for potential stock outages. Collaborate with DLA to accelerate material purchases to close anticipated support gaps. Attend scheduled Government meetings to brief the supportability analysis findings. Provide recommendations and status for critical item shortfalls and mitigating actions being taken to minimize support gaps. Evaluate historical consumption and derive an estimated “monthly-need” quantity. Prepare briefing charts, as required, that address critical item shortfalls.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Skills: Experience with Microsoft Access

Desire someone with depot-level maintenance bench stock management skills.

Experience with EMALL/FedMall and SCM+ or SAP systems.

Effective and efficient time management skills.

Bachelors Degree with 6 years supply chain/bench stock experience in an aviation / aerospace environment or at least 8 years supply chain/bench stock experience in an aviation / aerospace environment without a Bachelor's Degree.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with Haystack or Fedlog or Webflis.
