Description: Responsible for leading the North America installation team, coordinating directly with customers and our install vendors. Leads all coordination, scheduling and install efforts for both new and existing customers. Manages both the SMB and Enterprise installation teams across multiple offices in the US.

Partners with installation teams outside of North America, driving alignment and consistency, along with developing the future strategy for our business.

What we’re looking for...

6 years experience :

Responsible for future growth planning, and projections within the organization - as well as hitting revenue targets, with the ability to scale the business forward and back as needed based on growth.Persons would be responsible for planning and engaging in appropriate ERP planning sessions, as well as describing what the new system needs to look like in order for the Installation organization to be successful.Manage daily functions of Installation team for North America, including but not limited to: ensuring calls are made, ensuring that leadership, and reps are coached appropriately from management, ensuring that projections for future installs are handled with the sales organization and are published appropriately to leadership team.

Manage and develop the Senior Manager, and Supervisor team. Ensure that each one of the reps on their teams are coached and developed appropriately. This is a critical component, as we want to lead by example and work from the top down.Partner closely with Senior sales leaders, product, and channel leadership to ensure that escalations are handled and resolved properly, and the scopes of projects are within parameters on the front end of the contract.

Drive all installation targets. Ensure the team understands the targets and are being effectively led to meet and exceed KPI's.Identify, recommend, and implement new processes as well as improve reporting opportunities within the business. Constantly look at what we’re doing, and find areas of improvement even if team is performing at a high level.

Extensive experience leading large teams

Bachelors degree preferred

Travel could be up to 50%
