Theatre Source Registry Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as an Army client's focal point for a theater source registry (TSR) program. Support TSR account management and training. Coordinate TSR system enhancements and changes. Define the TSR operational architecture for the client, its components, and Joint or combined operations. Participate in TSR boards and working groups. Coordinate TSR functions, tools, and processes with other coalition and supporting elements. Provide oversight and functional management support, coordinate requirements and operations, and manage daily TSR activities. Coordinate activities and process and conduct deconfliction of sources among the client, component commands, CI and HUMINT activities, other DoD HUMINT executors, and source registry program offices, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Service or Combatant Command (CCMD) CI or HUMINT planning or operations

-3+ years of experience with national or strategic level CI or HUMINT source management

-3+ years of experience with designing, supporting, and executing service or CCMD HUMINT TTPs, methods and programs

-Experience with writing and editing clear, concise intelligence products

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Source Operations Management Module (SOMM)

-Experience with the Integrated Defense Source Registration System (IDSRS)

-Experience with the Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS)

-Experience in working with TSR TTPs, SOPs, tools, and information systems

-Experience with writing and editing clear, concise intelligence products

-Knowledge of the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)

-Ability to conduct shift work as requested

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Graduate of a national or DoD-level IC CI or HUMINT certification course
