Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Receive, task, track, and ensure the receipt, completion, and dissemination of information related to complex, time-sensitive Requests for Information (RFI). Manage standing, ad hoc, and crisis-related intelligence analysis requirements for national clients, Combatant Commands, senior policy makers, and allied forces, including NATO. Use software-based RFI management systems, including COLISEUM, eTask, SharePoint, and USEUCOM’s task management portal. Analyze, interpret, and oversee the quality control of RFI production data to assess trends and conduct monthly analytic studies of production data to evaluate and provide feedback to the government regarding the current production requirements program, the feasibility of future programs, and the development of planning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with military or national intelligence operations

-3+ years of experience with collection management

-Experience with supporting cross-access geolocation activities

-Ability to write concise analytical products and assessments

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the European region

-Ability to perform shift work, if requested by US government

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills
