HUMINT Targeting Analyst

Key Role:

Support the United States European Command (USEUCOM) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Branch (J2X) with HUMINT targeting capabilities. Draft HUMINT targeting packages to support complex HUMINT operations. Use classified and open source databases to produce actionable targeting packages, drive collection, and provide ongoing support to USEUCOM HUMINT operations. Perform all-source analysis, including social network analysis and geospatial analysis to identify potential human sources to resolve intelligence gaps. Support field personnel supporting ongoing HUMINT operations over the entire life cycle of the operation. Monitor, direct, and support operations by providing specialized operational support and technical support and assessing the application of collection methodologies. Provide analytic subject matter expertise input on operational planning and oversight efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working in the military or national intelligence community

-3+ years of experience in HUMINT targeting operations

-2+ years of experience with using social network analysis or targeting tools, including Palantir, and analyst notebook

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the European region

-Ability to work shift work, if requested by US government

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
