Human Intelligence Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as an Army client's focal point for coordination of all overt component, service, HUMINT, and Defense Attaché System operations in theater. Analyze the drafting of plans and operational proposals to include orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. Monitor, direct, and support operations by providing specialized operational and technical support and assessing the application of collection methodologies. Remain abreast of client mission and operational requirements and maintain daily awareness of current events and political-military events within the European theater. Prepare and present briefings and participate in HUMINT conferences, as required. Research and develop HUMINT initiatives for operations and special projects and programs. Support overt operation intelligence activities, including planning support and developing and recommending courses of action for operation management, policy making, and oversight actions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in Service or Combatant Command (CCMD) support roles for planning and operational oversight

-3+ years of experience with analyzing, supporting, and executing service or CCMD TTPs, methods, and programs

-3+ years of experience with working as or supporting the CCMD HUMINT and Defense Attaché System liaison

-Experience with DoD, Joint, and HUMINT authorities and processes

-Experience with writing and editing clear, concise intelligence products

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of a national or DoD-level, IC-recognized HUMINT certification course

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience writing and editing clear, concise intelligence products

-Knowledge of the European region

-Ability to conduct shift work, as requested

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including expertise in presentations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
