Enterprise Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Provide consultation and strategic guidance to chief enterprise architects, PMs, and other senior technical staff to help shape IT strategy and direction for large and complex Joint IT ecosystems. Analyze the development of and maintain key agency Enterprise Architecture (EA) products, including current EA and target EA and an enterprise transition plan, including enterprise standards profile, EA technical guidance, design patterns, and technology roadmaps. Develop, select, and tailor appropriate EA methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address client objectives and drive the EA toward business results. Work alongside a globally-distributed team of EA personnel in collecting and merging Combatant Command enterprise data into an integrated enterprise architecture. Model and analyze enterprise business, applications, and technology environments. Facilitate stakeholder work sessions focused on making Enterprise-wide decisions that balance and prioritize the competing interests of individual stakeholder groups. Provide guidance to client EA program leads in improving the impact and usefulness of EA products, including leveraging the EA to inform enterprise decision-making and integrating the EA into broader enterprise planning and governance processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with systems engineering, IT, or enterprise planning

-4+ years of experience with applying EA methodologies and frameworks, including adapting DoDAF to meet the client’s analytical data requirements

-3+ years of experience with modeling and analyzing enterprise business applications and technology environments, including business process models, multi-system or system-of-system views, conceptual and logical infrastructure views, or conceptual and logical data views

-Ability to function at detail and concept levels

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with EA modeling and visualization tools

-Experience in working with the USINDOPACOM's and USFK's information and intelligence domains

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical and conceptual skills
