Our Business Advisory team is looking for a:

Consultant / Senior Consultant – HR Transformation & SSC

Responsibilities:

  • participation in HR functions transformation projects including initiatives related to the design and implementation (process migration) of the SSC model including:

  • planning, managing and coordinating the work of the EY project teams,

  • managing / coordination of client’s workshops,

  • ongoing support of manager / managers responsible for projects on the EY client side,

  • participation in steering committees meetings,

  • planning and management of resources responsible for knowledge transfer processes,

  • planning and coordination of project streams related to the IT & Finance areas, including cooperation with the manager responsible for the IT & Finance streams,

  • planning and management of the work related to quantitative and qualitative analyses (benchmarking, business cases, etc.).

Requirements:

  • experience in HR business functions transformation projects for the international organisations including projects related to planning, design and migration to the SSC model (minimum 4 years of experience),

  • experience in designing and delivering the HR operating model and capabilities including the role of Shared Services / Outsourcing:

  • HR service model & strategy design,

  • expertise in analysis and assessment of the current HR processes in order to optimise them,

  • experience in design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programmes,

  • understanding of end-to-end HR-processes,

  • knowledge of requirements regarding HR IT-system incl. experience of working on, designing and delivering HR Enterprise wide systems (business field),

  • experience in delivering HR administration, Data management, Payroll and talent management processes,

  • HR Process Improvement including methodologies such as Lean, HR Risk Management,

  • experience in transformation projects including standardization & optimization of HR business functions (without centralisation to the SSC model would be an advantage,

  • experience in managing a team of consultants and analysts, team building and motivation skills,

  • strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills,

  • master degree (preferably in HR, business, economical and finance & accounting field),

  • English & German language proficiency (both languages is a must)

  • readiness to travel abroad for business purposes (approx. 50-80% of working time),

  • SAP and / or Oracle ERP environment knowledge would be an advantage.
