About the job

As a SAP professional within the IT/IS & SAP Advisory team, you will be involved in SAP project presales, lead programs and projects for public and private & public sectors clients. This will include full lifecycle implementation from business requirements definition, design, configuration, development, testing and deployment to the end users. You will be supporting EY Agile Business Transformation enabled by SAP S/4 HANA solutions and innovations. You will be responsible for defining and managing the scope, assigning and scheduling resources and delivering program plan, objectives and milestones for company projects / programs, including communication to all stakeholders.

About you

First and foremost you will have to be team oriented. We are a small cohesive team and we’re looking to work with someone who excels as a team player, and not a lone wolf. You also need to be good in handling your contacts, kind but determined at the same time, and understand the importance of good professional relationships, both internally and externally.

When it comes to IT, you obviously need to have functional and technical enthusiasm, mixed with a project-oriented view and approach. You are experienced enough to advise on SAP solutions architectures, enabled by S/4 HANA innovations. You want to understand what our clients’ needs are, how the related processes are designed, and what risks apply – and how they can or how they cannot be addressed. In addition, you should enjoy to identify areas of improvement both in the context of your engagement but also for yourself.

We will help you to increase your performance through internal and external training opportunities (SAP certifications, etc.).

You will evolve in being resistant to stress, always looking to go the extra mile providing an exceptional user experience for both your internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Initialexperience in the industry, private sector

  • Minimum10 years of work experience, from which 7-9 years of experience as aconsultant, project manager and solution architect

  • Committedto SAP project presales activities

  • Experiencedwith application packages, strong integration dimensions

  • Investedin SAP S/4 HANA solutions and innovations

  • Expert inone or more functional domains

  • Able towork out of framework

  • Solidexperience in managing projects

  • Provenability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff

  • Strongexperience and issue and conflict resolution

  • Strongcritical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Strongcommunication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to interact withall levels of organizations

  • Experiencein supporting all aspects of client on boarding from pre-sales to stabilizationand continuous improvements

  • Alignedwith expectations from a Big4

  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferable as any other language being an advantage.
