Our professionals provide independent, impartial assistance in IT and across the business, bringing insights from our work with commercial and government organizations, as well as knowledge of industry leading practice, regulation and financial audit requirements.

When joining our rapidly expanding team, the engineer:
Leads the delivery of processes to maintain cyber security engineering services for projects with moderate complexity, using strong technical capabilities
Configures, develops and maintains cyber security solutions, tools and processes, in compliance with the relevant standards, leveraging a strong understanding of cyber security technologies to ensure high quality
Builds networks with other departments across the business to help define and deliver business value, and may interface and communicate with program teams, management and stakeholders as required to deliver small to medium-sized projects
Leads the production of high-quality, secure and robust security infrastructure deliverables, helping ensure project timelines are met, and provides informal mentoring / training to junior members of the team
Monitors, investigates and protects data and systems from intrusions and security breaches, leveraging technical knowledge for small to medium-sized project
Resolves escalated incident response and implementation issues with moderate to high complexity, including taking steps to minimize the impact and conducting a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage
Provides technical expertise to maximize value from current systems, solutions and infrastructure and seeks to continuously improve internal processes
Develops working relationships with peers across other Cyber Architecture and Test teams and begins to collaborate to develop leading cyber security solutions
Drives adherence to the relevant cyber security processes, procedures and standards
Significant relevant experience in either an internal or external security engineering role, or similar.
Advanced technical knowledge and experience in delivering security engineering solutions (depending on specialism), providing comprehensive technical advice and managing user requirements.
Sound stakeholder management experience.
Some project management experience in a cyber security environment is a plus
Extensive understanding of tools and technologies utilised in cyber security
Strong technical competency in designing, developing, and debugging security solutions, for example:
Anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
Risk assessment tools, technologies and methods
Secure networks, systems and application architectures
OT/IoT Security solutions (e.g. Industrial IDS, Industrial Firewall etc.)
AWS and cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) security
Certificiation is a big plus. (f.e.: CISSP, CISM, ISSAP, ISSEP, PLC programmer, SCADA/DCS and MES training,…
