As a Senior Program Manager on our team, you have the opportunity to lead the design of ground vehicle systems in support of the DoD. Your technical expertise and holistic view of systems will be vital as you evaluate and modernize manned and autonomous vehicles. You Have:

-20 years of experience in engineering with an emphasis in software, hardware, firmware, or systems engineering

-2 years of experience with program management and risk management

-Experience with applying modeling and simulation with all phases of the system life cycle

-Experience with developing, sustaining, or integrating a weapon system platform

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or CS

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Cybersecurity and mission assurance

-Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations

-Experience with program shaping and capture

-Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

-Experience with managing financial performance and large teams, including recruiting, talent management, talent mobility, salary management, and risk management

-Experience with architecting solutions, prototyping, or rapid fielding in an Army environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-MA or MS degree preferred
