Lockheed Martin Production Systems Analyst / Troy, AL in Troy, Alabama
Description: Work under the direction of the Process Support Team Lead in support of the ERP OS (SAP) and the MES (Apriso) system to assist user request and to resolve system problems in a timely manner (i.e. work order transactions, material disposition) as to not impact operations. This role will perform functions to sustain these system resources in order to maintain current master data, Warehouse Management functions, and the Labor Accounting system interface. The Process Analyst will also develop and maintain user instructions and training to ensure MRP & SFC (Shop Floor Control) processes are clear and concise.
The role will also coordinate with business, production and technology teams to determine system requirements and enhancements providing logic and justification for implementation. Document change requests and perform user acceptance testing of enterprise system changes and implementation for the site.
Participate in the development of reporting requirements
Work with other functional teams to translate business needs into system solutions
Identify and escalate technical issues to the Information Systems group
Review, test and understand delivered capabilities of the Operating system
Support the data cleansing processes
Assist and support training for end users

The Locale: Troy, Alabama is located in the East Gulf Coastal Plains region of southeastern Alabama. Troy's climate is typical of areas along the Gulf of Mexico in that it has hot, humid summers and mild winters. Troy is a great place to live offering lots of things to do and has a small town charm. Troy is also a college town and is home to Troy University. Where can you get to from Troy? Troy is just under an hour south of Montgomery, Alabama. Troy is about 2.5 hours north of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Walton Beach and Florida's Pan Handle. Troy is about three hours from Atlanta, GA.
Desired Skills: Manufacturing operations experience.

Self-starter with the ability to spot potential for process improvement
Advanced Excel skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
Experience with analyzing business processes and associated data.
Demonstrated ability to find, interpret, and validate data sources.
Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
Effective communications skills.
Customer focused experiences.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and must have at least an interim secret security clearance prior to start.
