A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.
Our Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for arranging the procurement of properties used for operating purposes while maintaining cost exposure to PwC.. You’ll help with real estate financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, site selection, and delivery of space.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
The Senior Strategy Manager within National Real Estate plays a critical role in driving a variety of initiatives from strategy to execution. These may include initiatives around workspace, leasing trends, mergers & acquisitions, business intelligence, people & change strategy, and other special projects. This role also connects our strategy to our operations and makes recommendations on how we bring digital changes in the markets from ideation to completion.

Managing financial information from multiple sources and providing context around real estate impacts to internal and external leaders;
Working understanding of real estate operations andtranslating real estate and workspace data into quantifiable metrics used in evaluating portfolio strategies;
Understanding fundamental commercial real estate principles;
Understanding of real estate and workplace related software; and,
Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools using the software to complete financial analysis and prepare management presentations.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in supporting the Real Estate Strategy Leader on a nationwide basis in the following areas:
Evaluating real estate industry trends;
Managing projects and stakeholders across multiple disciplines and skillsets;
Tracking changes and trends within different markets and lines of service;
Overseeing project management initiatives and adhering to budgets;
Leading special projects and initiatives to completion independently;
Managing lease related contractual obligations;
Completing cost-benefit analysis for various company initiatives;
Demonstrating ability to develop visualizations or reporting systems, by which the portfolio and projects are tracked regionally and nationally on a consistent basis;
Holding the role of Managing within a team environment to improve operational processes in the real estate industry;
Analyzing leases and in the preparation of management reporting;
Collaborating with team members on company-wide real estate initiatives and engaging in cross-training opportunities;
Participating in team meetings on a regular and active basis to understand the business issues affecting processes and strategies; and,
Assisting local offices in evaluating the financial impacts of real estate related decisions such as expansions, capital projects, space reallocation and restacks.
