About the opportunity
EY is setting up a centralized recruitment team in Manila. This role is responsible for supporting the Executive Layer Recruitment team to deliver recruitment services into US/APAC. The Coordinator assists recruiters with all aspects of experienced hire applicant processing.
Manages applicant office visits; on-site interaction with candidates works through cancellation or office visit issues on behalf of the recruiter (experienced recruiting coordinator may or may not be based in the same office as the recruiter).
Proficient with Taleo and other recruiting tools to assist recruiters with candidate matters.
Partners with the Talent Shared Services (TSS) teams in executing key phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling, offers, and on-boarding.
Coordinates with multiple internal groups (including but not limited to: Partnership, General Counsel, Independence and Mobility services) to gather all financial and other candidate information/paperwork
Assists with the validation of I-9 documentation and collection new hire paperwork.
Determines timing requirements, interviewer lists and on-site logistics for group office visits, including greeting and intake of candidates, when necessary.
Work closely with recruiters and TSS to manage all aspects of electronic candidate recruiting files.
Prepares package which includes candidate profiles and background information for senior leadership.
Assists Sourcing Team and Recruiters with creative sourcing program activities.
Manages coordination with areas for events with local professional organizations (receptions, Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/Experienced Career Fairs, presentations, other internal events, etc.).
Researches career fairs and other external recruiting events to determine feasibility.
Liaises with EY affinity groups for experienced hire recruiting team’s targeted inclusiveness events.
Assists with planning and execution of event planning for experienced hire recruiting events.
Maintains contact list of key contacts from professional organizations at both a national and local level.
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
High level of business acumen and sense of urgency
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Good at Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PPT
Have experience of using Applicant Tracking System like Taleo
Can work on night shifts (US time zones)
Attention to detail with all correspondence and calendar invites to ensure time zones and logistics for interviews are accurate and the correct information is clear and provided in advance
Able to complete high volume, repetitive tasks with efficiency and pace
Willingness to accept additional assignments or support additional recruiters to meet the needs of the business
Demonstrate initiative through escalating issues or making suggested process changes to improve the operation of the team
Be able to work with virtual team based out of the Philippines
Passionate about improving candidate experience
