Lockheed Martin Human Resources Operations Partner in Sunnyvale, California

Description: The Human Resources Operations Partner will be responsible for providing HR Operations support to the Engineering and Technology Major Functional Organization at Space. Located in Littleton, Colorado or Sunnyvale, CA, this position will provide services to program leaders, employees, Human Resources Business Partners, and functional organizations within Human resources. This position will be expected to partner across the HR Operations function, fostering a collaborative environment while streamlining and increasing consistency in existing processes and procedures. The HR Operations Department provides support in the areas of HR data/metric development and analysis, generating and interpreting reports from multiple HR systems, management of internal staffing processes, creation and tracking of internal and external job postings, weekly staffing reviews/reports, long range plan development, processing reduction in force paperwork, facilitating the exit process, management of employee data that feeds into human resources information systems, facilitating temporary duty assignments for employees, performance management system support, as well as tracking and managing employee recognition budgets. Due complexity of Operations Major Functional Organization, this role is critical in partnering with the HRBP's in managing and tracking workforce deployment.

Basic Qualifications:

1) College degree or equivalent experience 2) Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include the ability to create and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and v-lookup 3) Ability to interpret and integrate multiple data sources into a clear and concise format 4) Ability to analyze trends in data and report information to key stakeholders 5) Accountable, resourceful and detail Oriented 6) Communication skills which include the ability to speak, write, and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure, and delivers information in a clear and concise manner that facilitates decision making.

Desired Skills:

1)Degree in Human Resources or related discipline 2)Experience with Lean & Six Sigma processes and tool 3) Experience with Human Resources information systems such as workforce planning tools 4) Ability to act as a change agent in the improvement of processes and/or systems 5) Understanding of HR policies and practices 6) Project Management skills 7) Ability to balance multiple stakeholders/customers and priorities 8) Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and work with all levels of leadership
