Bank of America Sr. Control Specialist - Complaints EPO in Simi Valley, California

Job Description:

Responsible for the management of issues, exams, and remediation within the Complaints EPO. Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize information in order to identify solutions and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. May manage staff.


  • Strong Knowledge of the Enterprise Complaints Standards and the Complaints Enterprise Process Oversight function

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions and mange change oversight

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey concepts and information

  • Initiates and builds relationships with all levels of the organization

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
