Contract Negotiation in the RMS Sikorsky Marine Corps Systems Line of Business. Work will include cradle to grave contract work including proposals, fact find, negotiation, administration and closeout. Also special agreements will be proposed, negotiated and administered such as Proprietary Information Agreements, Bailment Agreements, Special License Agreements and more. Serve as the primary interface for the Customer. Customers include all branches of the Government, Prime Contractors, other Lockheed Martin Companies and international customers.
Experience with U.S. Government Contracts. Proficient in the analysis of Government terms and conditions, Federal Acquisition Regulations, FLAG analysis. Proficient with Microsoft office programs. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and work as a member of a team. Negotiation experience. Working knowledge of fixed price, cost and time and material types, Ability to travel.
