The Connected Growth Platform supports our strategy to become the most connected, responsive and insightful consulting firm. The CGP will focus on managed services, digital and emerging technologies (including cyber), service delivery centers, EY wavespace™ and select system implementation practices. The CGP capabilities will be infused into our service offerings and go-to-market execution to provide our clients with cross-sector insights and integrated capabilities across all government and public sector, commercial and financial services sectors in the US. This integration will allow us to move faster, work smarter, and achieve more with our clients.
A significant goal of the Connected Growth Platform is to seed the organization with technology, product offerings and technology services so as to spark and enable growth of the business. The CGP Technology division provides hands-on support, collaboration and oversight so as to ensure high quality, engineering excellence, consistent methods, reuse and cost savings to the CGP portfolio products. It provides operational enablement and management of customer production environments and establishes a centralized product development organization for creation and delivery of technology assets.
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator with experience building intuitive learning materials. The Training Coordinator will work with the Management team to design and develop training curriculum.
Your Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator who can:
Tailor education for internal and product engineering towards gaps in current knowledge
Create an abridged or targeted versions of the training materials for resources who may be joining the team on a temporary or project bases
Work with subject matter experts to provide demonstrations as needed
Coordinate with technology staff to offer supplemental training material in an online database.
Increase awareness of agile and product principles in the context of managed services at EY
Provide training materials for newly launched capabilities
Focus material on product capabilities and delivery processes
Maintain a training log to track which employees completed training
Offer repeat trainings, or one on one sessions for employees who cannot accommodate the training schedule.
Skills and attributes for success
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus
To qualify for the role you must have
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or other related field
Prior experience delivering CRM, Software, or similar training material in an organization
Experience with online training platforms such as Rise, Articulate, or similar web based training forums
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or a similar role
MS Office proficiency.
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
