CVS Health Rebate Analytics Senior Advisor in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Advisor Rebate Analytics to join our newly formed Rebate Process Innovation department. This role and team will drive key activities as part of CVS Health’s Align for Growth initiatives and will be a part of our Rebate Finance department within the PBM Finance organization. You will be working across our Rebate Finance department and the broader organization as we look to transform our business through improved analytic capabilities which identify and drive performance improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for performing data analysis and developing insights to drive financial results. You will be required to develop deep understanding of drug rebate data and claims and will build analyses and models to guide the leadership team on opportunities and strategies for improvement. You will report to the Senior Manager of Rebate Analytics. You will also work with the Director Rebate Process Innovation to define priorities and ensure there is alignment with enterprise objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering value by performing complex data analysis and also automating manual and/or time consuming processes across a variety of tools and applications. They will have strong analytic and presentation skills, experience analyzing massive datasets consisting of hundreds of millions of claims. They will be expected to support our business partners across a multitude of systems and applications in order to help deliver on our commitments in a more efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and analyze large datasets. Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise based on observations.

• Develop and document reporting and analytic needs including dashboards, trending analysis and quality analytics

• Create analytic tools as needed to support business needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience producing complex, detailed analytics against large datasets, preferably with health care data

• Minimum 6 years’ experience using structured query language (SQL) and other data management languages

• Minimum 3 years’ experience creating executive-level presentation materials using PowerPoint & Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Rebate analytics and/or Healthcare industry data experience

• Tableau

• Business-Intelligence (BI) environment design
