CVS Health Facility Administrative Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

The Facility Administrative Coordinator you will assist in the day to day support of the Arizona Facilities and Data Center team including purchase order entry and tracking and meeting management with internal and external enterprise partners.

Responsibilities include:

-Creation of purchase orders, budgets, financial tracking documents as assigned

-Scheduling of meetings with external and internal parties

-Maintain grid of all meetings in the process of being scheduled

-Preparation of presentations, including proofing, updating, printing

-Ordering of materials and/or supplies

-Preparation of expense reports

-Maintain inventory materials

-Submission of MyIT requests

-Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, travel, facility needs, internal resources, etc.

-Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

1+ year of extensive scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook

1 year months experience managing multiple calendars with extensive travel schedules

1+ years Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications

TriRiga or AutoCAD experience helpful

Time management and organization


High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
