CVS Health Consultant Health Plan Client Support in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

As a Health Plan Client Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance for internal/external processes for the Health Plan Client Support team. In this role you will handle scheduled and ad-hoc data/reporting requests for internal partners and external clients. You will also lead process improvement initiatives translating business requirements into impactful solutions. You will collaborate with Health Plan Client Support team members, Health Plan account teams and other CVS internal partners to identify opportunities, define business requirements and assist in designing and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency/productivity and create value for our Health Plan clients. You will also perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and that client expectations are met or exceeded.

In order to be successful in this role you must have the ability to create, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, Visuals i.e. charts & graphs and Dynamic data syncing.

You will elevate as a peer leader within the department and serve as a subject matter expert, fulfilling the function of both a resource and mentor to new and tenured Health Plan Client Support Specialists within the organization. Your responsibilities will also include providing peers with direction on program requirements and supporting training initiatives, while providing feedback and recommended solutions for process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experience

Experience with CVS adjudications platform RxClaim/AS400

Experience working with CRM platform (Salesforce)

Master's Degree in any discipline is preferred
