As part of this team, you will play a critical role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
You will be responsible for the proper operation of a large group of Network Elements. Your role will provide support for interdepartmental objectives, to include preventative and remedial maintenance, network issue resolution, optimization, and integration of network hardware and interconnect facilities. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other passionate, highly-skilled team members to create a positive impact on our business.
Maintaining performance of the network to deliver a quality customer experience using RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data infrastructure.
Ensuring successful support of on-site vendors for capital projects, equipment repairs, and access assistance.
Providing remote resolutions for network issues and outages.
Analyzing network key performance indicators (KPIs) to make necessary recommendations for corrective actions.
Developing and maintaining close partnerships with Field Assurance and System Performance Engineers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
Identifying and analyzing antenna system RF issues and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Analyzing network coverage using various predictive propagation tools to ensure network integrity and quality.

People count on you to solve complex problems and to make sure they don’t happen in the first place.
You’ll need to have:
Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the following technologies: CDMA, EVDO, LTE and VoLTE operations.
Knowledge of antenna system RF concepts.
Even better if you have:
Electronics training in telecommunications, two-way radio, paging, or microwave radio.
Training in data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, computer support, project management, or power.
Voice cells infrastructure experience, such as Lucent, Motorola, Ericsson, LTE, or CDMA data.
Telecom experience such as T1, DACS, or OMP.
Understanding basic call flow for 4G data and voice.
Experience troubleshooting antenna systems from transmitter to antenna.
Experience in PIM/VSWR/MIMO/RET including knowledge of fiber and LTE remote radio heads.
Training in the following areas: data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, telecommunications, computer support, project management, and/or power.
