Technical Workflow Analyst

Key Role:

Manage the information pipeline within a military client office, including providing initial review of internal and external datacalls and taskers to ensure proper subject matter expert (SME) dissemination. Assist with the annual editing evolution and production of the PEO C4I Masterplan, including coordinating input from multiple program offices and functional areas. Set up and maintain SharePoint interfaces that enable editing and Web publishing of the Masterplan. Maintain and communicate project status via e-mail and lead recurring working group meetings. Maintain IPT schedules, provide presentation material, collect and track action items, and distribute meeting minutes. Assist with the management of the Information Warfare Digital Execution Plan (IWDEP). Support the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with workflow management or project and program management

-Experience with document development and technical writing

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook calendar management, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of PEO C4I portfolios and capabilities being supported

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
