Project Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze the development of plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual or project requirements for several major portions of a program. Establish and define project plan requirements and direct or perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinate the interdepartmental development of project plans. Interface with vendors and customers and perform extensive investigations, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met and arrange modifications, as required. Perform risk management duties. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development analysis, and administration of government projects

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of team

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of PEO C4I programs

-Knowledge of Maritime Command and Control programs

-Knowledge of DoD 5000 acquisition policies and regulations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
