CVS Health Rep I Elig Enrollment in San Antonio, Texas
An Eligibility Enrollment Rep I is responsible for investigating and resolving eligibility issues on multiple platforms in order to allow requests to continue processing. This individual will communicate directly with our clients via phone, fax and/or email to ensure that eligibility information CVS/Caremark has on file for the participant is accurate. Interacts with internal and external customers. Primarily working Mail Order, Retail, Phones and Keying Projects. They will also support other duties as assigned.
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the health care or insurance industry and/or call center environment.
Ability to work with multiple software platforms, which are utilized as resources to research and resolve eligibility issues
2+ years experience with Microsoft Office programs, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong Customer Service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism for both inbound and outbound calls
Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work an assigned shift between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm, CST, including possible weekend shifts and/or overtime hours
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills .
High School diploma or GED
