Mission Manager

The Challenge:

Do you find yourself constantly looking for more and better information? Do you want a job where you can use your knowledge and research skills to improve national security? Never has the role of a mission manager been so meaningful. With critical thinking and flexibility, you quickly leverage expertise in programmatic tasks to support Senior Executive Service (SES)-level staff, manage many and often competing priorities, coordinate interoffice, inter and intra-agency tasks.

As a mission manager on our team, you’ll grow your expertise and develop new skills in management consulting, process improvement, and collaboration. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our clients.

Empower change with us.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with supporting US government clients

  • Knowledge of intelligence community (IC) operations

  • Ability to provide flexible management consulting support, including responding to client needs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • BA or BS degree or 12 years of experience with supporting US government clients in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with IC mission management

  • Knowledge of management policies, procedures, and capabilities

  • Knowledge of intelligence agency operations

  • Knowledge of all source intelligence analysis

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • MA or MS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

We’re an EOE that empowers our people—no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic—to fearlessly drive change.
