Our Supply Chain and Network Operations practice is a leader in helping companies integrate business strategy with supply chain initiatives to drive operational excellence. Our deep industry experience encompasses new product development, inventory strategy and integrated demand planning, sourcing and commodity management, manufacturing footprint strategy and operations, distribution network and logistics optimization, and sustainability. We employ programmatic approaches, leverage analytics capabilities, and offer managed services that can help improve top-line growth, lower costs, reduce response times and increase productivity.

Work you ll do:

Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Engagement Management:

Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

Client Management:

Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Business Development:

Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

Practice Development & Eminence:

Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point- of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

People Development:

Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Supply Chain Networks:

Our Supply Chain Networks team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive weapons. We drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years consulting and/or industry experience is required, with the Ability to travel up to 100%.

  • A minimum of 8-10 years experience working in or consulting to Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Products, and/or Construction clients.

  • Experience with delivery of e-sourcing/ digital eProcurement related projects from the advisory, strategy, and through implementation phases; with a focus on business process review and design.

  • Experience advising clients with leading eProcurement technology packages such as Ariba or Coupa,and managing full life-cycle implementations with P2P technologies.

  • Experience with full procurement transformation including sourcing, S2P and P2P technologies, process development, organizational change, and business process review.

  • Experience with direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier management.

  • Track-Record of sales and business development in domain.

  • A Bachelor s Degree is required

In addition, successful Senior Managers will also have the following preferred skills:

  • The ability to work independently, as well as manage small to mid-size engagements and/or parts of large engagements and their resources.\

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • An advanced degree is preferred.
