Software Test Engineer

Key Role:

Work with a close-knit, mission-oriented team supporting highly visible federal law enforcement clients and their mission critical enterprise systems as a software test engineer. Perform functional and regression testing on complex systems and apply expertise in the Agile process. Translate engineering requirements and tasks into resource requirement definitions for change requests and configuration changes. Analyze the development of software test plans, conduct testing, record results, and provide recommendations. Troubleshoot data collection systems malfunctions and work with the engineers to develop software solutions. Prepare and provide IV&V reports to upper management.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with software testing

-Experience with analyzing software test plans

-Experience with working on an Agile software development team

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting program management office (PMO) activities

-Experience with translating engineering requirements into resource requirements

-Experience with developing technical documentation
