Sodexo Healthcare is seeking an Office Manager 1 for Butler Hospital, a 170-bed facility located in Providence, RI.
We are looking for candidates who will:
Supporting the facility operations team
Daily/Weekly financial input, Billing, Process Invoices
Other Administrative Duties assigned during projects
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
Financial Competencies & understanding of P&L and Financial Reporting
Prepare daily deposits and assist with safe audits
Detail oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and
Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
This is a part time, 24-hour week position

Plays a lead role in the management of office services, supplies/inventory, facility management, and space issues for a small to medium sized office property. Leads the maintenance and alteration of work areas and office equipment. May provide administrative support to a department or group of professionals. May supervise less than two FTE employees.
