Unit Description

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking an Office Manager 1 for Butler Hospital, a 170-bed facility located in Providence, RI.

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • Supporting the facility operations team

  • Daily/Weekly financial input, Billing, Process Invoices

  • Other Administrative Duties assigned during projects

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Financial Competencies & understanding of P&L and Financial Reporting

  • Prepare daily deposits and assist with safe audits

  • Detail oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and

  • Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

This is a part time, 24-hour week position

Position Summary

Plays a lead role in the management of office services, supplies/inventory, facility management, and space issues for a small to medium sized office property. Leads the maintenance and alteration of work areas and office equipment. May provide administrative support to a department or group of professionals. May supervise less than two FTE employees.
