Position Overview andResponsibilities
A Product Manager will be responsible for managing a numberof digital services within the online and mobile platforms for Business Bankingcustomers.Digital servicesincludes:Payments, ACHCollections, Basic Payroll, and merchant services.
This position is a blend of supporting ongoing projects,understanding the product design, define strategy, driving development andcreating an integrated experience for customers and bank.
Deliveringinnovative product designs and features to improve client loyalty andprofitability.
Tracking andanalyzing client, market and competitive solutions, including potential threatsand opportunities
Creatingstrategy documents and product plans.
Building businesscases and analyzing ROI.
Assist and guidebusiness partners in developing business requirements.
Work closely withthe business and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Work closely withthe technical teams and participate into design discussions.
Conduct researchto determine if a business need solution exists within or outside the businessunit.
Representing and leading the needs of Business Banking customers andbanking team within digital system development and projects along with anyproduct and policy changes.
Building relationships and partnering with internal and external groups.
Candidates should have excellent written andoral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstandinganalytical and research skills, as well as a passion for emerging digitaltechnologies. In addition to being a seasoned, well trained professional, thesuccessful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspireconfidence from, and to collaborate closely with technology leaders andinternal stakeholders.
Strategicproduct development and developing integrated experience for business specificservices like Merchant Payments, Fraud Protection, ACH Payments, ACHCollections, and Basic Payroll within the Digital platform.
Over all 7+ years of experience working asProduct owner, Project Management, Business analyst and asTechnical Owner / lead.
3+ years of product management experience ordiverse project management experience
1-2 years of retail/businessbanking/commercial banking/ merchant services experience
1-2+ years of experience with Digital andMobile products and services
1+ years of experience with paymentproducts:Merchant Processing, Payments,ACH
2+ years of experience as a business analystwithin a technology organization.
2+ years of experience as a BA techniquessuch as process models, data flow diagrams, or other diagramming tools andmodels
Ability to understand the needs of BusinessBanking customers and the banking teams that support these customers.
Experience using agile methodology andwriting user stories.
Strong analytical skills and writing skills,to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
Ability to build and design an integratedcustomer experience across products.
Ability to think strategically and developroadmap for products and services.
Ability to build and work together withcross-functional teams, sell ideas, and deliver results against deadlines.
