Bank of America Operations Analyst in Plano, Texas
Individual contributor position with the Operations and Regulatory (OAR) Support Team that is responsible for providing "how to" support to Sales and Fulfillment partners for mortgage origination applications(iOriginate/iFulfill),providing regulatory support/overrides, and giving general mortgage procedural guidance.
Some common "how to" functions performed include referring to the Procedure Portal to determine if a loan is within guidelines and setup correctly in the system, troubleshooting the cause of an error message firing using published knowledge articles (that include screenshots and step-by-step instructions), etc. Some of the regulatory functions include determining whether TRID wait periods (Appraisal/CD) have been adhered to and potentially providing an override in the system. Has the responsibility to provide exquisite internal client service and effective support for the assigned functions by following established procedures. Receives general guidance and direction.
Environment: Call center. High volume of inbound phone calls and web tickets supporting internal BAC employees such as Loan Officers and Processors. Shift hours anywhere from 9am - 7pm CT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
TRAINING: 3 – 4 weeks; 9am to 6pm (shift hours will be assigned after training).
Must have at least one of the following:
MortgageOrigination/FulfillmentExperience (not Servicing)
Technical Support Experience
High volume Call Center Experience
Exquisite Client Service skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Must be willing to work in a high volume call center environment
Must be willing to learn mortgage
Must be willing to work shift hours which can change according to business needs.
Software Support experience
Ideal candidate will have experience with iFulfill and/or iOriginate Mortgage Origination Systems
