Work you ll do/Responsibilities
A Consultant at Deloitte functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. A Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
The Salesforce functional analyst will be responsible for supporting implementation functional needs. Individual will be responsible for participating in stakeholder workshops, creation of requirements specification document, requirements tractability matrix, product backlog, user personas, implementation plan and other documentation.
From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5 years of total IT experience with 4 years of Salesforce platforms features and overall architecture
4 years of exposure and experience with Salesforce communities/portals
Prefer at least one or two Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales/Service cloud, platform development
3 years Experience leading client business through user story grooming, conducting solution demo for the business
Additional US Delivery Center Requirements
Should be sharp, proactive, good communicator and able to manage client expectation
Must be willing to live and work in Gilbert, AZ area
