We are looking for career minded individuals to join us in our Billing and Accounts Receivable teams!
As a part of the Billing and Accounts Receivable team, you will be performing multiple tasks for Specialty infusion. You will be responsible for completing Patient Financial Services (PFS) tasks such as billing and/or accounts receivable follow-up with payers and maintaining quality and productivity requirements as outlined in the position performance expectations. You will process and submit accurate and timely claims to payers, analyze and research unpaid claims, and assist in the resolution of denials, partial payments, and payment variances. Attention to detail and a customer service mindset are critical in this role.

• 1+ years performing healthcare reimbursement or medical insurance billing and/or CVS externship experience within the Billing, Collections or Customer Service Departments at the Phoenix Shared Services Finance Center.
• 1+ years working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Degree or Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding
1 year of working within Infusion Collections
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
