Manage and optimize CoBrand Card sales through clients’ digital channels including web, mobile, email, social, search, and display. Work closely with CoBrand Client Management in an effort to negotiate card placements and opportunities across key digital client assets to drive channel growth and learnings. Drive collaboration, strategy development and execution across Card Products, Digital Sales, Segment Marketing, Risk, and CoBrand clients. Knowledge of the various digital sales channels is a critical component of this role to readily assert oneself as a subject matter expert with clients and lead discussions with eCommerce teams and vendors. Familiarity with credit card product sales and marketing, and in particular CoBrand Card sales is a plus, to identify opportunities while navigating the financial products risk framework.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and leading the development of digital Card sales strategy across clients’ digital assets serving as POC and SME for digital channel client led campaigns and placements

  • Influencing the integration of Card product offers across clients’ digital channels

  • Delivering sales offers and messaging within digital channels based on customer lifecycle to present the most relevant and value-added offer, including instant credit functionality and product ratings and reviews

  • Developing and driving continuous improvements to the digital customer experience to improve sales conversions and customer satisfaction

  • Driving client and customer delight with new marketing, features and experiences

  • Ensuring all offers adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Managing complex digital strategies and campaigns to time and to budget

  • Overseeing development and approval of digital marketing creative and testing opportunities working closely with bank Marketing teams

  • Identifying best demonstrated practices for digital Card sales and providing consulting and recommendations across clients

  • Serving as liaison to Digital channel team to provide sales forecast and initiative updates

  • Working collaboratively across the marketing and sales functions to ensure that goals are aligned

  • Influencing the development of new digital capabilities, features and functionality to drive growth and enhancements

  • Evaluating emerging technologies and channels; providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate

  • Partnering with Clients’ social and paid advertising teams to develop a cohesive online strategy focused on customer interactions and experience

  • Monitoring key channel performance indicators and portfolio metrics to identify opportunities to improve or expand

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (at a minimum)

  • Proven, extensive experience of managing and implementing digital sales strategies across digital channels and platforms

  • Advanced understanding of paid digital advertising including search, social and display campaigns

  • Ability to establish relationships and work effectively across the company and with partners

  • Detail oriented and highly organized with a strong ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines effectively

  • Ability to effectively navigate and influence internal partners, client organizations and vendors

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences

  • Strong knowledge and experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Desired Skills:

  • Proven working experience with financial or travel product marketing

  • Card product experience, including CoBrand/Rewards industry acumen

  • Understanding of financial industry’s regulatory oversight and attention

  • Digitally curious with the appetite to research, recommend and help develop solutions

  • Understanding of Bank of America’s card marketing and governance provisioning processes

  • Deep and thorough understanding of success drivers of consumer credit card business
