Bank of America Perf Measurement Analyst in Pennington, New Jersey
This position is a Performance Measurement Analyst role on the Global Performance Reporting team. The team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all performance data on the Performance Measurement Convergence (PMC) tool as well as the timeliness of periodic performance reports. The Performance Analyst will conduct proactive quality assurance, problem resolution, and provide ongoing assistance to Branch Offices and internal partners with respect to performance analytics and reporting. Reports supported include the pushed quarterly/annual performance reports for managed products, as well as ad-hoc performance reporting available through the Client Review Center (CRC). Analysts handle incoming inquiries via a team hotline, direct email and the ASAP system. Additional responsibilities of the team include the following:
• Daily and monthly exception processing
• Long-term account processing
• DACRAP performance reporting
• International performance reporting
• General CRC navigation and support related to reporting
• Investment Proposal testing and daily maintenance
Individuals on the team are also responsible for security classification which means ensuring the appropriate governance of the Merrill Lynch Asset Schema and making educated, well-researched decisions around the classification of securities and asset allocation reporting.

2 – 3 years prior experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math or Statistics
Customer service experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of Performance Measurement
Experience and familiarity with WM Tools and the Client Review Center (CRC)

Entry level position in an investment subsidiary's performance measurement department. Provides analytic review of investment data to ensure that performance results are properly calculated and reported for client presentation purposes as well as marketing material data and internal reporting purposes. Responsible for analysis and resolution of a variety of security and/or performance measurement system issues.
