Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. RPWS provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better financial lives.
Responsibilities/ Position Summary:
Partner with Institutional Retirement Investment team and line of business counterparts to execute on institutional retirement investment product strategy and deliver retirement investment solutions across platform offering including; Proprietary Defined Contribution, Advisor Alliance, Defined Benefit, Investment Consulting and Health Benefit Solutions.
Execute projects to drive business strategy including developing analytics and creating new reporting capabilities across institutional retirement product
Responsible for the production and delivery of quarterly investment performance reporting across various products and programs (Defined Contribution, Investment Programs, Health Benefits)
Driving process improvement across investment performance reporting, data management, and validation
Identify opportunities to streamline testing and data quality responsibilities across institutional reports
Supporting development of new product launches to the Institutional Retirement Investments Center (IRIC)
Contribute to the development of best practices, training materials, processes and procedures for the institutional reporting responsibilities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate deliverables, timelines, short term and long term roadmap projects for full transparency
Work with financial advisors and their teams on complex, time sensitive items, including; IPS creation/ customization, portal support, exhibit creation, troubleshooting issues
Assisting in project management activities and maintaining training materials, procedures, and resources
Must be highly proficient in Excel and able to navigate through and analyze large data sets
Must have a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Knowledge and/or experience drafting scope documents and or technical business requirements
Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA
Experience with Microsoft Access and writing queries
Working knowledge of ML and the financial service industry a plus
