Job Description:

Effective talent acquisition requires the generation of actionable market analytics, predictive trends and competitive intelligence. It also requires that the candidate and the stakeholders have a world class experience with talent our acquisition process as this is the first introduction that the prospect will have with our firm. We are looking for a senior leader who can formulate strategy and deliver tangible results in this important, exciting, competitive and challenging space.

Role Overview:

  • Delivers broad functional or cross-functional objectives and strategies for groups managed , in addition to supporting strategic business deliverables.

  • Influences peers, colleagues and managers across organizational lines to take action and resolve issues quickly on complex, technical or sensitive topics with enterprise wide impact.

  • Drive optimal business outcomes leveraging a combination of sound business centric mindset and strong technology skills.

  • Implements technology solutions and supports business case development to meet current and anticipated business objectives.

  • Ensuring Business Enablement and GT&O strategic & transformation objectives are properly aligned at all intersections

  • Serve as primary contact to executive management for critical technology driven initiatives dependent on size and scale of project.

  • Responsible for the creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to the business needs and objectives, directs all development activities and oversees implementation of programs , projects or processes.

  • Responsible for ensuring all technology deliverables and associated work product are aligned and delivering to specification across approved change activities in accordance with governing Policies & Standards.

  • Escalation point for unresolved problems, complaints and highly complex or high visibility service requests.

  • Accountable for sound risk management through systems risk identification, action-plan execution and risk lifecycle ownership.


  • BusinessLiaison toprovide support anddirection to business partners andtechnology serviceproviders

  • Ensure thattechnology service providers understandbusiness direction and priorities

  • Provides oversightregarding strategicalignment, prioritization, planninganddevelopment (aswell as thecoordinationand implementation) ofplatformsin support ofGHRstrategic plans and in the direction oftechnology standards

  • Maintainsclose alignment with executive and line management to understand the firmand CSWT goalsand requirements

  • Provide leadership, and management with a focus on reducing risk, improving technology efficiency and enabling our business partners strategic objectives

  • Managesteam(s) ofbusiness analysts, developers, business solutions leads and other technology experts toachieve defined goals

  • Manages technologybudgets , monitors progress, and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly

  • Managesemployees and responsiblefor allcompensationdecisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ yearsrelevant experience inroles, preferably in a development organization

  • History of success in delivering technology change, project execution anddelivery

  • Deep knowledge of Technology platforms, applications, processes, and procedures

  • Effective performance in matrix environment leveragingstrongknowledge of technology platforms, applications, processes, and governance

  • Proventrack record ofleading highperformingteams, attractingand developingtechnical talent

  • Strategic and commercial mindset; sets vision for technology in support of business strategy

  • Ability to build/maintain partnerships in a client-drivenenvironment; experience with handling clients and demonstrating partnership during situations and challenges

  • Excellent communication skills withabilityto collaborate, influence, drive impact and report on evidence basedvalue

  • Strategic and operational management of keyvendor and strategic partnerrelationships

  • Detailed knowledge of the policies that govern technology at Bank of America from programming standards, engineering design, maintenance ,application activities, compliance, risk and securitystandards

  • Proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging businesssituations

  • Additionalkey skills include consulting skills and conflict resolution, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge to work across structures to meet customerneeds
