Innovation Strategist, Core Business Services (Global Innovation Culture & Enablement) (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Palo Alto, CA.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance EY’s innovation culture. Help leaders establish programs to promote innovation, gather information on internal initiatives and ideas, and facilitate communications and knowledge sharing to the broader organization. Collaborate with branding, marketing and communications teams to integrate innovation messages into existing communications programs such as events, newsletters, social media, webcasts, and presentations. Deliver engaging, relevant and timely digital content to internal clients. Leverage effective change management techniques to advance initiatives and achieve desired outcomes. Establish relationships with various internal, regional and industry contacts to understand innovation initiatives.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Management, Marketing or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Communications, Business, Management, Marketing or related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience developing strategies for and managing organizational change programs.
Must have 2 years of experience working on integrated brand-building communications programs within a corporate environment.
Must have 4 years of experience identifying innovation concepts and disruptors, including environmental factors, technologies and regulations
Must have 4 years of experience with PowerPoint and building communities using SharePoint
Must have 4 years of experience presenting recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
Must have 2 years of experience rolling out programs to influence companies to adopt contemporary corporate innovation theories and practices
Travel required up to 25%, of which to 10% may be international, to meet client needs.
