Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program -SKUNK WORKS

This position leads the design and integration of an auxiliary and secondary power system. The candidate will work with propulsion and systems IPTs to define and integrate the auxiliary power system for a new aircraft. Lead analysis efforts for power generation and operability of systems throughout flight envelope. Work with other disciplines and stakeholders to determine/accommodate system interfaces.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or above degree in related engineering or science field.

Secondary Power experience such as Auxiliary Power Units (APU), Engine or Airframe Mounted Accessory Drives (EMAD/AMAD), and Emergency Power.

Desired skills Experience with leading the design of aircraft power gearboxes (EMAD/AMAD). Experience with Auxiliary Power Units (APU) Experience batteries for emergency power. Experience with engine start systems. CATIA V5 Control Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Managements Systems (EVMS) Matlab/Simulink
